Just going to update my post from February 14, 2012 at 11:15.
Started taking the pills at the 15th of Feb without changing my diet - and no... no magic happened = didn't lose anything by just taking the pills, but didn't gain anything either. I did however felt and feel way more energetic and positive which made me feel ready for some changes in the diet as well.
At the 19th I started with my diet (no extreme diet but healthy food within 1750-1900 kcal/day) and I've lost 8,5 pounds in three days! This with no exercise being made.
I has not surpressed my hunger but I get full much faster.
Only take 2 pills a day because I wanted to see if I reacted negatively on them but since I haven't I'm thinking about taking the full dose (2 pills twice a day)

Many of you who says the pills doesn't work say you eat healthy and exercise 5 times a week. Can't it be that you just don't have that much left to lose (or anything to lose at all)?!? Maybe it works much better on us who have quite some weight to lose? Just a thought. Will update more when I've tested it longer.

Ordered the pills for shipping internationally and got them today (14 days after my order just as it said on the site). I don't know what to think about them when I read all the comments except from that we are all different and something that works for one person doesn't work for another. So the only thing for me to really know is to try and keep my fingers crossed that I won't get heartburns, headaches and anxiety and that they instead will help my body boost my metabolism. I've practically dieted for 20 years with the result that I weigh more after each diet.....and now it's like my body doesn't "trust" in me and won't release any body weight even though I eat right and am more active. Maybe the pills can trick the mind and body a little *s*. I feel taking the pills are kind of desperate of me... but OK I admit it ... i AM desperate to lose weight because now I weigh more than I've ever done and need to lose about 55 pounds :-//

These pills wont effect your immune system, so... for those of you saying you get chill or had the flu, its for a different reason. But im 20 and trying to loose 15lbs so i weigh closer to 125, going to start working out. I do get a mild headache from the pills, which isent surprising due to some of the ingredients. I consume a vast quantity of energy drinks, so i have a high tolerance to caffeine. I do notice that my stomach hurts if i take the pills and don't eat, (i tried it as an experiment to see what would happen). Its obvious that they were designed to be taken with food. Im taking about 5-6 pills a day which inset safe really, so i will see what happens, but over all i feel about the same. I was informed that it takes about 15 days for you to start loosing weight, which is odd to me, but i will wait and see. I advise not taking it within 2-3 hours of going to bed, for those of you who experience insomnia from the pills, caffeine takes some time to go thru your system, and it will flush out faster if you drink more water.
