Many of the ingredients in LipoFuze can also be found in another controversial diet pill, Apidexin. The medicinal herbs and other natural ingredients that are typically found in weight loss products need to be present in a potent enough dosage to have any effect. As the proportion of each ingredient in LipoFuze is not disclosed, it is difficult to assess if they present in the required dosages to promote significant weight loss.
The effects of potential interaction between the 14 ingredients in LipoFuze have not been clinically evaluated. Internet reviews indicate that some users have reported headaches, nausea, insomnia, profuse sweating and increased heart rate after taking LipoFuze.

Lipofuze is fat burner which contains 6 patented and 4 clinically tested ingredients. The ingredients include:
ThermoDiamine: This ingredient is the patented form of evodiamine, a Chinese fruit that is claimed to burn fat by increasing the body’s production of heat and reducing the body’s ability to store fat. But no studies have been conducted in man so far. To date only an animal-based study has been carried out and there is no clinical data on whether or not evodiamine works in human subjects.
Razberi-K: Also known as raspberry ketone or 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butan-2-one, this ingredient is thought to enhance weight loss via the stimulation of norepinephrine. Razberi-K is said to aid fat oxidation, but studies on human beings have not convincingly proved its effectiveness. One study performed on rodents demonstrated that raspberry ketones prevented fat synthesis as well as the rise of blood triglycerides and overall, helped prevent excess weight gain. The chemical structure of raspberry ketone is similar to that of capsaicin and synephrine. Both of these compounds are well documented for their ability to boost thermogenesis through the release of norepinephrine. However, there are health risks with these two ingredients; synephrine has been shown to have dangerous cardiovascular side effects, while capsaicin has been demonstrated to cause gastrointestinal problems in many users. There are no documented side effects related to raspberry ketone consumption.
FucoPure: This is the patented version of fucoxanthin, a seaweed extract. There are a number of studies that demonstrate fucoxanthin’s ability to boost metabolism, but to date, they have all been carried out in pre-clinical studies on animals. It is also proven that, this ingredient cannot be absorbed by human body easily. Additionally, it has been shown clinically that compounds like fucoxanthin have low bioavailability in man (see Br J Nutr. 2008 Aug;100(2):273-7). One gram of seaweed has several times the amount of iodine that most adults require on a daily basis. Therefore, a potential fucoxanthin side effect could include changes in thyroid function due to iodine excess.
ForsLean: ForsLean is derived from the root of Coleaus forskohlii, which is native to warm temperate habitats including India, and is the only known plant source of the natural compound Forskolin. Amongst other effects, this compound is understood to increase lean body mass and help optimize body composition though cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate) activation. A number (but not all) of clinical studies have indicated that Coleaus forskohlii may cause an increase in heart rate and a decrease in blood pressure.
GuggulEZ100: This is a patented extract of Commiphora mukul. Other common names are Gugalipids and Guggul. In India Guggul is used widely for the reduction of blood cholesterol. Guggul lowers cholesterol and triglyceride levels and helps maintain a healthy balance of HDL, the good cholesterol, relative to LDL, the bad cholesterol (the HDL/LDL ratio), thereby protecting against cardiovascular disease and atherosclerosis. A number of studies have investigated the anti-inflammatory potential of Guggul. Researchers concluded that Guggal was safe and highly effective in lowering the various lipid fractions that are known to contribute to coronary heart disease. There is some clinical evidence to suggest that Guggul may promote fat burning (see J Postgrad Med. 1995 Jan-Mar;41(1):5-7) by stimulating the secretion of thyroid T3 hormone.
Green tea: Green tea has been shown to promote some weight loss. However, it needs to be used in relatively high concentration, and contain high levels of catechins. In Lipofuze, the amount of green tea present in the formulation is not indicated. Users sensitive to caffeine could experience any of the following side effects: restlessness, irritability, sleeping problems, tremors, heart palpitations, loss of appetite, upset stomach, nausea, frequent urination and skin rash.
Bioperine: This ingredient is a standardized extract from the fruit of Piper nigrum L (black pepper) or Piper longum L (long pepper). It contains 95 percent Piperine. Bioperine has been shown in clinical research to increase the absorption of ingredients in nutritional supplement formulations. Additional absorption, even if true, may or may not necessarily be beneficial. It is possible that the use of Bioperine may increase the side effects of certain supplements due to increased absorption.
Capsaicin: This compound is found in chile peppers. It is believed that capsaicin generates heat in the body thereby boosting the burning of calories. However, it appears that very high doses are required for it to be effective. Severe gastrointestinal side effects have been reported in patients ingesting capsaicin. While rare, serious allergic reactions to capsaicin can occur. Contact a physician immediately should difficulty breathing, skin rash, hives, swelling of the throat, lips, or face, severe dizziness, or itching be experienced.
Synephrine HCL: Synephrine is derived from the Citrus aurantium plant used for a variety of purposes in traditional Chinese medicine. Research indicates that it can act as an effective stimulant. After Ephedra was banned by the F.D.A., diet pill makers sought to discover an equivalent. They thought they had found it with Synephrine and, while Synephrine is effective, there is no research that points to Ephedra and Synephrine being comparable. Synephrine can help burn fat, suppress appetite and increase energy. However, clinical studies have revealed that Citrus aurantium induces a relatively modest increase in thermogenesis. Reported side effects include: increased heart rate and blood pressure, insomnia, nervousness, anxiety, tremor, dry mouth, blurred vision, and headache. Synephrine may also reduce the ability to urinate. Consult a physician if you have any history of cardiac disease, high blood pressure, anxiety, or urinary problems. Also, combining decongestants with other medicines with similar side effects may lead to dangerous complications.
7-OXO DHEA: This compound is a metabolite of DHEA, a steroid hormone. This ingredient has been shown to have a positive effect on thyroid hormone levels in obese people, without apparent side effects (see J Nutr Biochem. 2007; 18(9):629-34. Current Therapeutics, (7):435-442 2000). 7-OXO DHEA has been found to be safe in animals at high doses and in humans at up to 200 mg daily. 7-OXO-DHEA should not be taken if you are being treated with glucocorticoids, as it may interfere with their effectiveness.
Other ingredients in the LipoFuze formulation include cinnamon, phenylethylamine, ginger, and 20-hydroxyecdysone (a plant steroid considered to have anabolic activity in mammals).
Is Lipofuze effective?
User feedback on Lipofuze has varied. Some have reported fast weight loss in the first few days (water loss?) when combined with diet and exercise, but the rate of weight loss is lower than claimed by the manufacturers.

oke everything sounds like people are having problems i am 21 years old 230 IBS i am taking school sitting in class for 8 hours a day. and i was 200 so i want to take these to get rid of the wieght no health problems. i think ill give these things a shot. i flipped my diet entirley from mc dicks to veggies but so far no luck sned me a response if you think these would help
I have been taking lipofuze for 3 days, and have lost around 5 lbs. I run 3 miles a day also. I felt jittery the first day, but not anymore. It makes my stomach feel akward, for lack of a better word, and I think thats why I’m not hungry, and therefor drop the weight.
Im on my second day of taking the pills,,, you definitely have to eat something with each pill AND KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED!!! I am going to give it five days and see what happens…. I started at 179 lbs!
Have tried this product for a few days now, but will be sending back….had high hopes for it after reading the diet reviews, but the headaches and stomach aches just aren’t worth it. The headaches linger for a long time after the pill has gone thru your system. Thought at first it could just be eye fatigue since that is where it hits you first…but experimented….it’s definitely the pills.
I bought these pills to aid me in getting in extreme shape. I’m already physically fit at 5’9 130 pounds, exercising daily, but I thought it would be a good aid to get rid of the last maybe five or so pounds of fat. The first few days were good, and I really do believe this pill works HOWEVER yesterday after taking the pill I was sent to the Hospital. I felt like I was having a heart attack.. Rapid heart beat, heart hurt, heart palpitations, chest burning, hard to breathe, blurred vision, body parts falling asleep etc. I am twenty years old and in great shape, therefore the only thing that could have caused this was the Lipofuze. I’m not sure if I just wasn’t getting enough water, or eating enough due to a decrease in appetite, but this was a scary thing. Please be careful.
Again to repost. Ever since taking the pill I have had extreme anxiety frequented with panic attacks. Lipofuze has thrown off something in my body to cause a chemical imbalance. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THESE!! They are NOT worth the health risks.
I went the full month and then about a week later
had a severe panic attack – it has been two weeks
now and they keep coming back -
- I maybe lost 5-10 pounds but I am not sure these
pills helped at all -
I am scared that these attacks won’t go away
I have had to go to ER and feel the worst I have in
my 55 years of life – don’t take them!!!!
i’ve been taking them for a week, the first 3 days i took as prescribed (twice a day) but about the 4th day i couldnt sleep AT ALL up all times of night. I did lose 5 lbs in that time period. I’ve reduced my intake to only once a day (breakfast) so that I can sleep at night. I have experienced rapid heartbeat, jitters and anxiousness. I did change my eating habits consuming 800 to 1000 calories a day. Im taking a couple days off because of the posts I’ve read. I’ll let u all know if I continue to see results without the pill
Today is my 6th day in 7 days taking the pill (the 4th day i got home in the morning wasted so i didnt take it) i did have to reduce my intake to only 1 pill a day because i couldnt sleep. I experience a little heart burn and spurts of jitters. I recommend that you only take one pill a day and drink A LOT of water…like a half gallon with the pill and bottles of water throughout the day. When I started drinking more water my side effects lessened. I weighted myself last night and I was 7 pounds lighter. I think the pill works but the instructions on usage is bad. One pill a day and ALOT of water. I will get back in a week
I started the pill about a week and a half ago….I sort of have a problem with the persistancy, but have deffinantly noticed somewhat the same effects….mine include off and on patterns of rapid heart beat, a little nausea, im not quite sure about the fatigue??? I am quite concerned about the rapid heart beating, I supposed it may have to do wth any caffeine that the pills may contain? Since i have taken the pill for some odd reason i have been feeling better, emotionally. Not sure why, more motivated and happier….no arguing there, i am WAYYY more active! anyways im a little confused as far as if its worth it or not…i feel like i could loose the 25lbs another way and save myself from some freakish accident i guess you could say. I dont want to suffer tremendously just to loose weight….
I started taking Lipofuze 5 days ago and was fine the first two days. Drank tons of water and always remembered to eat afterwards. Then on day 3 I started getting terrible nausea and vomited several times. It’s not fun to vomit up something with cayenne in it! Anyway…I quit taking it and will stick to exercise and diet. BLECH!
Hi! I am a little worried about the heart side effects, so I started for the first week with only one pill. I noticed only the heartburn, so before I take the pill, I eat a few tums. It really works! I could use the calcium anyway. Today is the first day I took the second pill, and I was a little jittery, but only for a few hours. If you take it and work out soon, or at least go for a quick walk, it helps. Hopefully tomorrow it will be less. I plan on only trying it for a month. I lost 3 pounds in the first week, I was exercising, and I have 20 to lose. I’m not convinced it’s really going to lose the fat weight like I did with my trainer, but I do feel thinner and not so pudgy.
This is my first day of Lipofuze. I weighed myself in the morning, took 1 pill before breakfast and 1 before lunch. I weighed myself in the afternoon and weighed 3 pounds less. I did not change my normal eating habits and did not exercise today. However, I have been extremely nauseous all day, barely able to stand. I plan to take the pills tomorrow, and if I have the same reactions I will be done.
I took Lipofuze for 4 months. I am over 50, active, take no medications and have 40lbs to lose. I did not lose any weight on this but it gave me the best energy! However I found my body could handle only 1 in the morning. When trying 2 a day it left me feeling jittery, heart palpitations and sleepless. I took the 1 with lots of water and a few almonds otherwise I would get a stomach ache and heartburn. About an hour after taking it, my body had the feeling of a warm flush which passed quickly. Into the 4th month is when I started having little dizzy spells and headaches. I stopped taking the product after 4 months and then I really had a headache for about 5 days. Since then the headaches and dizziness are gone but so is my extra energy! Time to find a new way to help, but not this product.
Ive been taking the pill for some 3 days and today was the first day that i began to take two… i took the second one in the afternoon but did not eat after the half hour boy do i regret that decision. I begin to feel pressure in my chest, and began to freak out bad (I think that is what raised my blood pressure to 149/89) I started to think I was going to get a heart attack, after talking to a doctor he calmed me down and said that I was having a panic attack and to relax. I still feal strange and pressure in the lft side of my chest but Im rather calmed in comparison… Advice is follow the instructions but as for me I took the pills and flushed them down the toilet b/c i knew if i didnt i would probably take them again.
I took my first pill this morning and feel a bit jittery and maybe slightly nauseous, but not too bad. I did take plenty of water with the pill. I’ll probably only try for a day or two and the side effects continue I’ll stop.
I don’t know if the pill helps you lose weight or not, but listening to everyone talk about how much more effective LipoFuze is and how much more reduced the side effects are with large amounts of water makes me question whether it is the pill surpressing your appetite or if it is the large amount of water you’re drinking. You should just try drinking large amounts of water and stop the pill and see what happens. Ultimately, the goal is to eat less and exercise more. If you fill your gut with water, you’ll eat less.
Thank you all for your reviews…I just ordered this product and very frightened to try it, but one thing I’ve noticed is that it does everybody’s bodies different. I am only twenty and have been struggling with losing wight because I have a thyroid condition and high blood pressure. Should I still try it?
Today was my first day and I didn’t really have any side effects. The only difference was that I felt energized and wasn’t as hungry as normal, so far so good! I don’t understand how everyone is bashing lipofuze for simple side effects such as head aches, nausea etc. When people will gladly take medicines prescribed by their doctors that have horrible side effects due to chemicals in the medicine, however what I have researched about Lipofuze is all natural ingredients. So hopefully I’m not just being naive, but I will keep an eye out for abnormal side effects. Good luck everyone!
I used the detox the first day it made me go almost immeditly. The other two days not so much. The first day I took the pill in the morning and lunch but it made me feel sick to my stomach so i starting off with one a day first . Too scared to get on the scale but my fingers are crossed
Hi I have just started using Lipofuze this morning and was very upset at first as my stomach felt like it was going to burst with agony, however I went to the loo and 2mins after it was all over. I feel a bit jittery but good so feeling the way I did at first is nothing if it works in the long run. I will let you know how I get on at the end of the week.
Today would have been Day 2. I got sick so bad yesterday that I thought I was going to end up in the hospital. I had violent vomiting and dizziness. I threw up everything I ate/drink. I couldn’t sleep. I thought I was gonna end up in the hospital. I tried it again this morning but bad mistake. My stomach just couldn’t handle it. I ended up throwing the pill and water out. I was so sick at work that I had to go home and rest. I’ve never been so ill in my life. The pills were too strong. I thought I was going to have die! Seriously.
Been taking these pills for 5 days now.. i haven’t lost one pound.. i started working out 6 days a week and eating very healthy and drinking water but all i have to show for it is stomach pains in the morning….
im 20 years old and weight 170 i just want to loose about 40 pounds
My fiance and I are on our second day of lipofuze and he is feeling no side effects but of course I am. I couldnt sleep lastnight and was very almost paranoid? I read about the anxiety increase so maybe thats what it is but if it does what it says it will I could see it being worth it!
Today was my first day on Lipofuze. But because I woke up late, I took my first pill at 10 am, and right after I definitely had the heartburn that everyone was talking about. Drinking water reduced this effect, so remember to drink lots if you do get that feeling. Around 4pm I took my second one (which was probably a bad idea since people keep saying they cannot sleep at night), I had heartburn while eating my lunch/dinner.
I definitely feel more jittery and couldn’t stop peeing because I had to drink lots of water to get rid of the burning sensation. I am going to take one a day from now on for a week and see how I feel, hopefully it doesn’t send me to the hospital like some…. Remember to drink water!!
I just ordered my first bottle today. I’ve gained about 20lbs since my freshmen year of college (I blame the booze) and I can’t stand it any longer. I eat very healthy (I am a vegetarian) and I work out at least 3x a week for more than an hour. I have lost no weight! I’m sick of seeing no results so I felt like a diet pill was the next step. I am a little worried about the side effects but the results seem too good to pass up! I want to get back to my 115lb self!
This pill is horrible. I had to be taken by ambulance to the hospital because I was having trouble breathing and two days later still do not feel good!
So i finished taking these pills for a month and was working out for an hour five days a week haven’t been eating hooribly either but sent the pills back because they just didn’t work for me..i didn’t loose more than 1-2 pounds. i wish everyone else luck…..
Been taking Lipofuze for 3 days now and have been feeling really crapy. Dizzy and upset tummy. I have been drinking a ton of water, and still not anybetter. Im going to try to tough it out for a bit longer and see if I see any diff. on scale. I work out 6 days a week for an hour and have about 60 lbs to lose or more if I can. I was on a workout routine before I started Lipofuze and was in hopes that this would increase my weight loss. Nothing as of yet. Its only the night of day 3 so we will see. Im getting real tired of feeling so bad. we will see by this weekend if the scale has any good news for me.
People listen, you have to pay attention to what you buy. This is a diet pill, with all the thermo stuff going on. Look at the ingredients. For most users, you are going to have the sweating and feeling warm/hot, it speeds up your body so you are going to have increased heart rate, some jitters etc. You have to use some common sense as well, you can’t take something like this and drink your normal 4 cups of coffee. You will be a jittery mess. You shouldn’t drink alcohol either-common sense also. And you HAVE to follow the directions. It says drink like a million gallons of water a day. There’s a reason they tell you that. So thats what you have to do. If you do not follow the directions, you will suffer more of the side effects and they will be more severe. If you’re going to use this product, display some common sense and follow ALL the directions EXACTLY as they tell you. Geez!
About to order a bottle (not from their website!), figured id start off with a quarter or half the dosage- little nervous about some of peoples reactions, but let’s see how it goes. And following advice im gonna be drinking heaps and heaps of water- hopefully im lucky
I’m a marijuana user / daily, which I feel has led to my 30lbs. over weight problem. This pill has stopped me from munching when I really should’nt be, The marijuana, even in small doses, will help with the jittery feelings, and abdominal woes. I am hopeful, and going to stay positive, which I believe is a big part of being successful with anything!
Sharp pain in arm. A stiff back and hand… Anybody else
i started taking Lipofuze 2 days ago to try and loose the baby fat a little faster. i go to the gym 5 times a week for 2 hours and i am eating healthier. “no sugar at all” the first day i got a little dizzy and nauseous. today was my second day and i got dizzy, very nauseous and vomiting. ” i wonder if this happens to everybody” or is it just me. will it get better?”i’m wondering if i should keep using them” any suggestions out there?
Hi, I have already ordered before reading comments. I understand that it will take extra help for me to lose the 50lbs that I put own. When you detox or change your bodies normal routine it will “act out”. Most people are allergic to some of the ingrediants and your experience may be worse than others, that is understandable. BUT if you want quick and fast results brace yourself for rapid heart rate or the nauseous, dizziness and headaches..etc. Dont spoil it forevery one else.
i have been taking lipofuze twice a day as directed for the past 3 days and have been throwing up every night. no sleep with a very anxious feeling
I started taking it on Saturday 5/7.. and it went well, lots of energy no cravings.. but last night I couldn’t sleep and this morning after tking it I was very jittery and a lil paranoid about it but think I will continue.
hi everyone i wish i had found this site before i ordered. I have had the worst upset tummy since i started taking the recommend 2pills per day. i am 36 5’2 and 180 pounds. I am trying to lose baby weight. I only get to exercise three days a week for about one hour. we eat pretty healthy as i am a stay at home mom of six. i think i will try just one pill a day. I am also drinking plenty of water. i feel like i live in the bathroom. i have not lost any weight but it has only been two days. I would also not recommend taking the pill after noon or you will not sleep.. i will post back.
Hi this is my 3rd day taking the pill and I have just a little advice that really works for me DON’T FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS ON THE BOTTLE take 1 pill a day 30 min AFTER you eat something. The first day I took the pills as instructed and it was awful I felt like dying because my whole body just shut down on me and I couldn’t function My stomach was killing me the whole day so I ater something and ended up vomiting so day 2 I decided to try something different. I ate my breakfast and took my vitamins like I normally do then a little while later I took the pill and decided that I would only take one and I felt great. Now today I did the same thing and just felt better overall and noticed my waist was a little smaller. I don’t believe in scales but more in visual appearance and I look better already just try what I did if you do ever feel sick when taking the pill it might work oh and don’t forget DRINK YOUR WEIGHT IN WATER IT ALSO HELPS!
I did the 3 day detox and saw minimal results. I started with the pills yesterday and just felt horrible. I honestly felt like I needed to eat something throughout the entire day to keep from getting sick. How will that help? I kept telling my husband that it felt like I was going to pass out. I am 35, and weigh 160. I need to lose about 20 lbs, but if I end up having a heart attack because of these pills, is it worth it? Think I should stop, for my kids sake, and do the old fashion way of eating better and working out.
First day taking pill and feel so wrong. I feel like I am going to crawl out of my skin. Will be sending back as soon as possible.
i am trying to loose 30 lbs . because my husband and me are trying to conveive. does anyone now if this is safe to have while trying to get pregnant. Gotta admit i am glad i read these posts before purchasing these pills.
hey guys thanks for all the comments, I was ready to buy these pills but now I have to think about it????
My first day on the pill. I think I will take Stephanies advice and only take one pill, atleast for the first few days.
I started taking Lipofuze yesterday. I didn’t sleep at all last night. And today I felt like I was going to vomit. I ate some ramen noodle soup and that helped the nausea ALOT. But I feel light headed and pupils are dilated. I feel hot constantly and get shaky. It makes me not want to eat at all. Yesterday I only ate a chicken sandwich. Today I’ve only eaten a ramen noodle cup. But I’m going to continue taking them to see if it’s just my body trying to get used to the pills. I’ll let you know how it goes in about a week.
WELL I SARTED TAKING AND NOTICE THAT MY STOMACH FELT FUNNY I THREW UP EVERY DAY SINCE I HAVE BEEN TAKING AND USING THE BATHROOM EVERY 20 MIN HAVEN OT IN SCALE TRING TO LET IT GET IN MY SYSTEM BEFORE I THROW THIS OUT THE DOOR MAYBE IT WILL WORK WEEK 1 REALLY SUCK SO FAR
I have completed 8 days of taking Lipofuse. I am 27 and have 30 pounds to lose. The first three days were hard on my system with frequent trips to the bathroom and feeling hot and weak stomached. I might have lost a pound or two over the first few days but that was likely water weight. Now I only feel crappy for about a half hour after I take the pill (10 minutes after taking the pill my stomach feels on fire then for about 5 minutes I feel like I might trough up followed by mild nauseousness). I find drinking the 16oz of water with the pill and then drinking another 16oz over the next half hour helps a lot with the nauseousness. But it is an equivalent of a big cup of coffee (I usually drink coffee every morning and so far have not needed any caffeine to get me through the day).
Today I decided to open up a capsule and taste the contents of the pill and boy-o-boy is that stuff spicy! To I thought no wonder my stomach feels on fire after taking a pill and so I tired taking my pre-lunch pill with a glass of milk (which I have always found very helpful when eating spicy food) and guess what – no nauseous stomach! Hopefully it is not a fluke and a glass of milk will help every time.
(so far after a week I have not lost any fat)
I’m 24 5-9 160 hoping to lose about 10 lbs just got it yesterday and will be taking tomorrow morning I hate pills like hydroxycut and stuff because it makes me feel like I’m going to have a heart attack lol hopefully this will work good not over weight at all just wanting to tone up quickly
Hey how don’t we know these negative comments are the competions If the effects were so severe we there would be warning from lawyers having people call to seek legal help like we see on tv having to do with diseases and dangerous pills and we haven’t. Matter of fact there look to have been nothing staid or showing any things that happen like heart attacks. I mean the ingredients are all natural I totally understand having to use the restroom more and minor temporarily effects but nOthing being aS bad as described here. I’m not blaming the site nor the people but it’s something to think bout I believe that amenities it just to hard for people Abd I understand when u need to lose weight quick I recommend doing your research on this product and if things check out to them checknitbout and if needed stop and try something better recommend and more out in the public ( in a good way ) I’ve just ordered it and I have faith but this is my first pill so wish me luck thanks and best of wishes
starting taking lipo fuze about 3 days ago..took only the first dose in the am day 1…wow, was i a little edgy. turns out coming down off of it, I’m a miserable bitch. day 2, took both doses, 1st does @ 7am and the next @ 12pm..didn’t eat anything til about7pm because my stomach was killing me. the next morning found myself in the bathroom more than usual.lol ..today day 3, took only 1 dose again, spent the day running errands, got home, spent some time in the sun cleaning out my car and a lot of time in the sun on an empty stomach is NOT a good idea. i feel like death. have not been on the scale since before i took the pills…but weighing in @ 186..I’m hoping to lose a more than a few vanity pounds..i have experienced heartburn, nausea(no vomiting), rapid-heart beat, and shakes
drinking water and some moderate exercise and light healthy snacks seems to calm the nausea and shakes. will keep u updated
Lost 2 pounds on first day ate a small breakfeast after 1st pill then wasent hungary at all but i took a multi vitamn to play it safe might want to do the same then one homeade taco for dinner and only ran on eliptical for 10 min its looking good these people are babies
