Checks of Salt Lake City telephone and business directories revealed that Timaru Labs is not listed in that city. It would appear that Timaru Labs are a front for another manufacturing company.

i like to know why there is no number to contact customer service for apidexin diet pills.
The obvious motivation for the manufacturer to conceal its identity is to evade product liability. Since the manufacturer is anonymous, the product is likely made in China and is therefore subject to counterfeiting and/or other fraud. Who guarantees that the pills contain the advertised ingredients, and only those?
it is weird, however i went to the better b. bureau website, which they are on there as having no reports of any bad reps. but it list there addresses entirly and when it became a business etc. just that there is not a phone number. ther bbb suggested that if you are going to order from site such as timaru labs u should make them aware that you have contacted the bbb for a reliblity report which will let that company know bbb has its eyes on them, and make them better aware not to fool around on customers. so ya know what i did…..lol and of course i summitted my order and it was shipped the next day. which was just 3 days agao this week. good luck to ya!
who ever wrote the comment about them being a front for another company that bogus because i myself checked with the better business bureau of am. and it clear shows the company as timaru llc with a number address and under the catagory of weight loss company. check it out for yourself. its good to research thing for you and not just soley taking someone elses word for it because it could be wrong
I ordered some diet pills from Timaru LLC and have never recieved my product. I have tried to e-mail them at the address listed on my reciept and it is a bogus address. There is no contact information. Don’t order anything from this company. I got ripped off! $128.00 down the toilet. Don’t give them any money. You don’t get what you pay for.

Better business would be to offer no return policy at all, then to sell this life time warrenty hoax. You offer no phone number and 2 websites for customer service and neither of them are any good. I read the comments above and no one should have to go through the BBB and all that if a direct number, a real address, and a real website address is listed and available on the website. The revelation of how this company truly operates has become my motivation to contact any news channel willing to pick this story up. The diet/weight loss industry is a billion dollar market and Timaru Labs wouldn’t be the first to make it to the news at 6pm and 11pm. Much like those individuals, it became more about the deception than the money.
Every potential customer whether their purchasing Apidexin or any other product has the right to the guarantee and customer service offered by that company. Yes the methods in which business has been conducted has been lucrative and has worked thus far but everything has an end. The same as for Holly; I ordered 2 bottles of Apidexin and never received my product; I email them many times, and I always the same answer: we have not found your order; DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I lost $95. There is no contact information. My credit card was charged, but I NEVER received what I ordered. Do not same the same mistake.
I am very upset to read this Melanie. I am having a similar experience with this company, with regard to this loss. I’m going to contact the Attorney General’s office for the State of Utah and proceed from there.
I am having a terrible experience with this company as of yet over a refund the claim is 100% guaranteed. I’m going to contact the Better Business Bureau, the local police department, as well as the Utah Attorney General’s Office if I don’t see result to my inquiry starting Friday.
My wife ordered these diet pills a couple months ago. She did not like them so in an email they told us to send them back and that a credit will be applied to our credit card. As you can guess, we never got the credit. 2 emails went unanswered, and now their email address is no longer working. It’s a scam. Who knows what was even in these pills. Hope no one else is in the same boat.
i ordered those pills and now i cant even find out if they have been shipped.i tried the operator to see if there was a listing for timaru labs in salt lake city,utah and they told me there wasnt,their web site about contacting them doesnt work either.if anyone has their number,please put it on here because i put it on my credit card,and it was a 130.00. thanks

Why don’t you just do it the honest way and go to the gym and eat the correct food. The money you wasted on pills could buy you a gym membership. Or are you all just too bone-idol to lose weight the correct way.
This company is a HOAX, they have never returned my money either. The pills did not work and it is all a scam, they probably are working out of someone’s basement. Contact as many people as you can about this.
I’m trying to track my order I made on the 7th of May. I have not received my order, it’s been a week.
WEll I bought is received very fast took my morining pill took the lunch one and ended up in the hospital I felt like my heart racing extremly fast and past out cold and clammy. worst Experience in my life. Do not buy from them I called a Manufactor who makes it and they told me they do not sell it to the company Apidexin.com, they only sell it to pharmecutals, so who know what was actually in them. Of course their is a red flag they don’t have a phone number, so I am asumming I don’t get my money back. I should take it to a lab and see what in their, and sue they heck out of them.
Just so you know, if you order something with a credit card and don’t recieve the product you can do a chargeback. Your credit card company will take back the money from the merchants account as long as you give them a sufficent reason. It is pretty easy to do I’ve heard, and there are only two outcomes, the merchant will dispute it but at least then they reply to u and will have to send the product! Or you just get the money back in your account. Look it up!
I must say though I ordered the pills and got them in four days, but if I hadn’t thats what I would do… good luck!
I, like many others think I’ve been had. I was hoping to combine this with my regular regiment of long distance running and a good diet just to lose some unwanted fat. I’ve just started so we shall see. Someone, somewhere may be getting a good laugh from this. As usual, live and learn.
i ordered apidexin and i happen to be allergic to it and made me very sick. and i couldn’t find the number either the contact us doesn’t work then i thought bout it and i had fraud on some other product a while ago and i had a light bulb go off….. i used my debit card and guess what the number is on my bank statement of who took it out sadly their business hours suck they are only open till 3 so i have to call tomorrow but for all people it is the offices of health science nutrition open 9 to 3 mountain standard time the number is 801-203-3419……if anyone else has luck before me post t if i get through will post it on here hope that helps!!!!!!!!!!

I order from apidexin.com and they never gave me a tracking number. I try to email twice to confirm mailing address and get a tracking number. They will not respond. Piece of SHIT company.
I have bought 6 bottles and I am in the UK they have taken the money off me but not paid the correct postage so I am left to pay another £22.45!!!! Not pleased at all!!
This company has ignored my multiple attempts at inquiring about a return address. I would suggest refraining from purchasing any products through this seller as I have taken the pills and they have not proved effective. Additionally, 70% of weight loss is diet, so instead of aiming for a temporary change, change your eating habits long term and the pounds will come off. If you do indeed lose more than 2 lbs. per week, you WILL store fat as your brain begins to think you are starving and will store fat (which has the most energy) as fuel… I ordered this product as a test of the stimulant effects, not for dieting purposes. But….please note that you can ALWAYS report the scams to your credit card companies and they WILL refund you for fraudulent activity, etc… Good luck to you all.
I believe that all of the people who have been ripped from the seller should definitely file a complain with BBB…WHY?
Most of the time scam companies get busted and are forced to pay-up all of their profit to the “UN-SATISFIED” consumers (profits are usually in millions). How does prosecutors know who was ripped? They always check complaints made BEFORE the bust. So do the rite thing and stand up for yourself–hey you might get some cold hard cash out of it.
For me i have’nt bought any of this product I was doing research on it when I stumbled on this site. This is the only site I ever visited with red flags for Apidexin. Other sites have testimonies of really happy consumers so I am still in the middle. I will wait couple of weeks to see if people on this site come up with positive results.

I live in the U.K. and have just stumbled onto this site and am so mad with myself for not researching this company better. I still have not recieved my product and it has now been three weeks or a response to the emails that I’ve sent to them. DON’T ORDER THIS PRODUCT its a scam and I hope that my bank will refund me my money as I orderd it with my debit card. I exercise daily and eat the right foods but, wanted a little bit of help by taking a weight loss supplement because of this wedding I am going to at the end August, now that is shot to hell.
I took this ‘miracle’ diet drug for 4 weeks. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!! The side effects are terrible. I felt anxious, light headed, felt like my heart was racing even though it was only slightly elevated, I couldn’t focus. I don’t know what being high feels like … but I’d ahve to guess this was pretty close. Their ‘money back garentee’ isn’t worth anything. I can’t seem to get a response from emails and PayPal won’t do anything because the claim was started more than 45 days after payment (it took 25 days to get here plus I actually had to consume the product!!). Note to potential buyers … spend the money on running shoes to shed the pounds!

After 4 weeks of feeling anxious, dizzy, light headed, and unable to focus I stopped taking the ‘miracle’ diet pills. The side effects aren’t worth it. I had sent dozens of emails … no response. Finally I broke down and decided to file a claim with PayPal (whom I paid through). I called PayPal looking for contact information. They only had the company phone number (surprisingly it was valid). After calling the number the man told me to send my bottles to the above address. You need to include your bill and a letter stating why you’re returning this item. Be sure to request delivery confirmation at the post office prior to sending. I’ll keep you posted … who knows if the money will actually be returned …

I agree with both Micki’s. I took one pill today. It did not take very long to have instant side effects. It made me really nauseated. I had the jitter’s, confused, fuzzy, didn’t know anything. It was awful. It ruined my whole day. This message is for anyone that has a sensitive stomach to that kind of caffine. I do not drink coffee. I am going to return it. Hopefully get a refund. I will find the address through the internet.

I ordered the pills and got them within a week and that was over a long weekend too and international to Canada. I havent started to take them yet, so we’ll see. There is a phone number for them on the internet and when I left a message for them, they returned my call within 12 hours. I have also seen a lot of good feedback on this. To each their own, I guess
The capsules I received a couple of weeks ago are not the same I received a year ago. These are slightly pink and do not work. The apidexin I received a year ago were white and worked almost too well. I have tried calling the contact number on the website, and no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full. The Live Chat in the middle of the day is not functioning. I am returning the product. This company seems really unprofessional.
